Back to School Printables

Boy…… am I ready for school to start back?!? This has been a very long…. very hot…. summer here. It has been so hot out this summer the kids have played inside a lot and for the past 3 days it has rained…. and rained…. and rained, yep gotta love *Sunny* Florida. Needless to say the kiddos have been cooped up in the house because of the rain and are driving me bonkers! I was able to get these new School printables done and actually had about 5 minutes of sunlight today to be able to snap a few pictures. I made these printables as part of the Design Team for JW Illustrations

I love the way this little classroom sign turned out. How cute is the little worm?

and this little school bus was too hard to pass up, I just had to make a “Bus List” using Jess’ school bus clip art.

I know, I told you… too cute to pass up huh?

Next I made a matching “Class Rules” sign and made a little pencil holder and attached a matching label using the same clip art.

I made this little pencil holder out of an empty peanut butter jar! I wrapped some ribbon around the top to hide the threading and smacked on the cute little label that reads “My Students are Sharp”. This is also a wonderful inexpensive teacher gift for your child to take with him / her on the first day of school.

Here are the graphics I used to create everything shown above. You can purchase the entire set for only $5.00 at JW Illustrations,  and create your own crafts. I would love to see what you come up with!

As part of her awesome design team, we get to do some projects as inspiration. I colored in the stamp digitally using Photoshop then created little favor tags with the image. I backed them with coordinating card stock that I cut with my Cricut and attached it to the treat bag with some brown ribbon. I then decided to make a little  sign to go behind the treats letting everyone know to eat up.

There are lots of other design ideas for the other design team members on Jessica’s blog make sure to check them out!

Ice Skating Zebra Print Party Theme

I love the way this new design came out! I had a client email me letting me know what she had in mind for her daughter’s 8th birthday. I love when people email me with custom designs and they know EXACTLY what they want! She told me she wanted it fun & funky and her daughter prefers the lime and teal over the girly pinks. This is what we came up with.

Too cute, Right? We also did some really cute matching Cupcake Toppers

 & Favor Tags.

I can’t wait to see the pictures of the cupcake toppers and favor tags all made up. She told me she purchased some really cute card stock and ribbons to embellish them!

Tailgate Party Printables

Hi All! I’m so super excited about being a part of the design team for JW Illustrations! I just love her clip art, most of my items in my shop are created using clip art from her store. This challenge was to create crafts using her “Tailgate Party Clip Art” I had a blast making these party printables and with football season right around the corner I am sure to get some good use of them. Here is my stab at the “Tailgate Party” design.

The printables were designed using these Tailgate Party Clip Art Bundle by JW Illustrations. Look how great this clip art is! I especially love the beer helmet… too dang cute! You can purchase the clip art bundle to create your own crafts.

I would love to hear your thoughts….
